Digging Deeper Bible Teaching Programme

At Trinity Baptist Church, one of our goal is “To empower our members so that they can fulfil their destinies”

We are fully convinced that Bible is the true Word of God. It is God’s mind in black and white for giving details of the reasons why He has created us, His promises to us, and how He would want us to relate to Him.

God speaking in Jeremiah 29:11 says these words “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope”. When it comes to getting life direction, He says in Psalm 32:8 “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye” And in Isaiah 30:21 He says “Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it, whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left”.

On the issue of life protection, He has give assurance to His children that He would always be present in good times and humanly speaking, not so good times. Isaiah 43:1 – 2: "But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you”.

These are just very few references; the Bible is full of many more.

Digging Deeper Bible Teaching Programme, has been established as an environment for promoting a verse by verse study of God’s Word, in a way that makes the Bible practical and applicable to every issue of life. It is aimed at provoking insatiable hunger and thirst for the Word of God amongst our Members and to all that our Lord would call. The underlining purpose is to provide guidance through the Word of God for people to discover God’s will for their life.

It is a two-hour, once-a-week programme, running from 7 – 9pm, every Monday of each week. It opens with twenty minutes of Praise & Worship, followed by forty five minutes of teaching session, and forty five minutes of group discussion with focus on the highlights from the teaching; the remaining ten minutes is spent in closing prayer and sharing the benediction.
